No Linux GUI makes this unsuitable for my needs

Hi there,

It looks like you don’t have a Linux GUI? Your guide makes no mention of that and its not obvious until you sign up that this isn’t available. This therefore makes your offering unsuitable for my purposes. I’d like a refund of my subscription.

Sorry about that. Perhaps it is the time to work on the Linux GUI. I’ve refunded your purchase in full and if you don’t see in on your credit card statement in a couple of days please let me know.
