You don’t need to enter a promotional code when upgrading your existing licenses.

After you click ‘Renew existing licenses’, on the next page you’ll see an option for lifetime upgrade. If you can’t find such an option please let me know.

hi, if i use my activation code as promo code, i see the discounted renewal price but i can’t proceed as it says invalid promo code.

If i renew without using any promo code, it shows me the normal price.

I wanted to renew for 5 years at $10

Any idea?

If you want to just renew your license, not upgrade it to lifetime, then the price is $5 per year for your first license. The discounted price of $2 per year is for additional licenses only.

Just upgraded my only license to lifetime. That all looked fine. So I thought I’d add a second lifetime license, to deploy on a second machine. When I go to add a license, there is no lifetime option.

What have I done wrong?

Are you trying to renew for 5 years or upgrade?

You can buy a lifetime license directly – you’ll have to buy a regular one first and then upgrade it. When you buy your second license, make sure to enter the activation code of your first license as the promo code to get the discounted price.

I bought the lifetime license for my first license. When I tried to add a second lifetime license, I entered the activation code for my first license and discounted prices for yearly licenses appeared, but there was no lifetime option. So I’m confused.

OK… I’m slowly working through this…

  1. Upgraded existing license to lifetime
  2. Bought new one-year second license using the activation code for my lifetime license
  3. Tried to upgrade new one-year license to lifetime using the activation code for my new one-year license. Used Paypal, but got invalid promo code notice. Tried twice. Same result.

Read upstream posts… no promo code required… SUCCESS !!! Thank you

So this is only for upgrading an existing license? If I wanted to buy a new license what do I do? Do I need to first pay for 1 year and then upgrade (in which case I assume the 1st year will be discounted)?

The lifetime license doesn’t pop up for me after purchasing a license.
