Are the pre and post run scripts available in the GUI?

There are no GUI controls to set them, but it works the same way – you can create them under .duplicacy/scripts and they will be picked up automatically.

One other thing… is the duplicacy CLI program available to the pre-run or post-run scripts at any time while the GUI is running?

Yes, the pre-run and post-run scripts can call the duplicacy CLI program, the same way it calls any other programs.
