It will resume. Data that has already been uploaded won’t get reuploaded again.
Are you bullshitting me? My usage in cloud dropped from over 800GB to 400GB
I don’t understand your question. Please elaborate. What did you measure, how, and at what points. Uploading data to the cloud can only increase space utilization, not decrease it.
