after updating to the Web-UI… can I delete the “.duplicacy” folders everywhere?

I see the new “.duplicacy-web” folders, and those are obviously the new ones.

Is there any reason to keep the old “.duplicacy” folders?
Is there any way the new installation or CLI might need them?

Yes, you can do that - they’re unused by the Web Edition. Although you may want a quickly rummage in there in case you’ve forgotten to port any filter files or hardcoded passwords etc…

Otherwise, .duplicacy folders are automatically excluded from backups anyway.
