Allowed to publish our own GUI on top of CLI?

Hi, I’m looking at possibly using the Duplicacy CLI for backups of personal files, and possibly writing my own GUI to wrap it. I’m wondering if I would be allowed to publish such a GUI for free on GitHub? Of course I understand if it’s not allowed because it would compete with the paid GUI.

I don’t actually mind it. Just hope that the users should be clearly informed that the Duplicacy CLI is behind the GUI and a Duplicacy CLI license is needed for commercial use.
