I’ve got the web service installed (Windows 11) and it seems to start OK, but the configuration is empty. No storage, no backups, etc. I have to open task manager, kill the process and then start duplicacy_web again. Once I do that the configuration is back to what I expect. Any thoughts?
You have probably installed it as a user. Configured it. Then installed it as a service.
You need to save the duplicacy.json from your user folder, uninstall both copies, install one for all users and replace the duplicacy.json under programdata folder.
You got it. I looked at the settings at the “empty” configuration and it said the config files were in a different location than my user configurations. Thanks!
