Backblaze B2 full - interrupted transfer

I am testing the free tier of backblaze B2 and ran out of space and it interrupted the initial transfer.

If I pay for B2 , will the transfer continue or does it have to start over ?

Or should I deleted everything in the bucket and start over ?

It will continue. Chunks will get created from scratch but upload will be skipped if the same chunks already exist on the storage.

Does that still hold true if I deleted that backup job in duplicacy and recreated it with a different ID ? Would it still see the chunks and skip them ?

Sorry for the dumb question I just wasn’t sure if it would make the chunks differently.

Yes. IDs, names, file paths and names, etc. don’t matter. Duplicacy chunks are representing content. If the content, I.e. data, did not change, then the same chunks will get produced with the same names (name is derived from the data, see “content addressable storage”, CAS) and skipped upload if they already exist
