Twice I have attempted to buy licenses but I get the error:
Invalid server status: 0
I have been trying to buy 7 personal licenses to cover my family.
What browser are you using? Can you use a different browser and try again? Our logs do not show any failures which means your browser probably didn’t get connected to our license server when you placed the order.
Those attempts were with the latest version of Firefox.
I tried again with Chrome and succeeded. Thank You!
