I searched for another program that was blocking this port. It came up with nothing.
I’m not sure where to look at now. Thank you.
It could be the Window Firewall that is blocking the program to listen on that port.
Thanks gchen. As usual, I’m surprised how much support we get for this app. That’s right. After adding Duplicacy to Windows Firewall’s “Allowed Programs”, it worked again.
Now, the bummer was why did this problem occur in the first place? Windows Update? I guess we will never know.
