Changed email address

Hi,

I’d like to change the email address associated with my Duplicacy license.

Based on another thread, I emailed duplicacy-support@acrosync.com with the details of the desired change a few days ago. I haven’t heard back yet.

Is there a different email address or process to use in order to accomplish my goal?
