Check and Prune both failing with NoSuchKey: The specified key does not exist. (after running fine for months)

I’ve been running back-up jobs to the bucket at iDrive e2 for months without any problems. Today I noticed I hadn’t received a completion mail for the check and prune job for a while. Looking at the schedule I can see that the back-up is still running fine but the chekc and prune are failing. The check is set without any options, prune is running: -keep 0:720 -keep 30:360 -keep 7:30 -keep 1:7 -a

The errors I get when clicking on Failed at status Check is:

I looked in the bucket and both mentioned files are there. Any ideas what could be wrong and how to solve this?

iDrive e2 - NoSuchKey

I’ve been backing up to iDrive e2 with Duplicacy Web Edition 1.5.0 since July without incident, and I’ve been doing weekly restores just to make sure everything is working. But I only tried doing a prune last week, and I just took the default - “-keep 0:1800 -keep 7:60 -keep 1:7 -a”. The very first time it ran, it seems to have munged up e2. Now if I try to prune, check, or restore, I get “Failed to list revisions for backup ‘Full’ in the storage IDrive-Home: Failed to download the file snapshot…

I’m renewing in August so good thing is I’m on time to switch to Storj!

Please read this entire thread and then change your storage provider.

While I can’t say I had any of the bad experiences others had with IDrive E2, they just informed me that the price of my 5TB service would be increased from $100/y to $200/y and that they would charge me for renewal “some time” before the actual renewal date…

I immediately closed my account.
