Chunk Download Error

Hello,

I have this Error by the Check Rune.

Running check command from /cache/localhost/all

With a normal Check too.

I delete the Cache Folder but no Changes by the Check or someone Backup Jobs.

How can fix this and what’s the Reason for this Issue?

A Prune of the complete Nextcloud Storage?

This can be caused by a stale cache. Clear the cache directory /cache and try it again. If the problem persists, follow this guide to find out why that chunk is missing.

I cant find the Snapshot that this chunk mean:

How can i find the Snapshots/fix this Issue?

You can add -id <backup id> to the check job to see which id gives the error. Then look for the log lines that say All chunks referenced by snapshot xxx at revision xxx exist. The revision is question is the one right after the last good revision.

Or, 60 in the Snapshot Folder of Daten.

If there is no message that says All chunks referenced by snapshot xxx at revision xxx exist, it is the first revision that has the issue. Rename the revision snapshots/Unraid-NCN-WebDAV/<revision> and then run the check again to see if there are more missing chunks.

Strange I must deleted all Snapshots in multiple IDs.
The maximum back of Message nerved. File Locking is disabled and the Locking Table cleared.
