Completed job never stops running

Job runs and states completed. A JSON report is forwarded but the job never stops… what to do ?

Please watch your language. This is a public user-to-user support forum. Nagging and threatening won’t help move your issue along.

To get bette help you need to provide more information. Version of Duplicacy Web, is the duplicacy CLI still running, and if so – provide logs from the end of the backup run. If not, it’s probably a cosmetic issue, what is your OS?

Logs are always created. You can find them in the logs folder. See /logs mountpoint to the container.

Is the duplicacy CLI still running when it’s seemingly was supposed to end? You can check process monitor tools on your unraid to fines out.

Looks like it ran to the end.

can you check if the duplicacy process is still alive on your nas? (e.g. sudo ps aux | grep duplicacy)

I meant on unraid, to make it easier for you avoid creating shells in the container :slight_smile:

Either way, it seems duplicacy CLI has completed and exited. Duplicacy Web thinks it hasn’t.

Looks like Duplicacy-web related issue. It’s closed source, only @gchen can help.

I think it got stuck at Sending report to XX.

If you disable the reporting would it run to completion?
