I recently installed the trial of Duplicacy and followed the quick setup guide to get started. One thing I noticed is that schedules don’t start if their scheduled time is passed with the PC turned off. So my use-case is:
- Schedule a back-up on Monday night at 2 AM.
2a. If PC is turned on, execute the task.
2b. if PC is turned off, execute task on next boot of the system
This makes sure that no backups are missed if the PC is not always turned on at the same time.

A schedule can be set for one day a week at a specific time. What does the frequency do in this case? If the schedule is only set to trigger at that specific time, how does “hourly” or “daily” change the scheduled time?
