Tried to renew an existing license while entering the valid license code as a promo code - the cost does not change - the same as without a promo code.
Tried all the licenses I have - none worked.

This can happen if you’re trying to renew your primary license (usually the first license that you bought). There are no discount codes for primary licenses.
I’ve tried updating all the licenses I have - but none of them work. Tried different combinations from other licenses as a promo code. the cost doesn’t change
I just sent you your primary license via PM. This is the only license code that can be used as the promo code. If the primary license has expired, then you’ll have to renew it first at the regular price.
Thank you ! Now I understand the principle of license renewal. I didn’t renew my main license. Now everything is fine.
