Did it get locked the first time before you entered anything? If so what browser are you using?
I was using someone else’s computer at the time so I have no idea what browser it was. Probably some old version of IE. After I posted the first issue, I was not able to find the option to change my name. You can close both of my issues. I do not see a way to do that here.
