Does copy command dedupe coming from multiple storages?

Hi, I couldnt find this answer or how to set this up. Would appreciate your help.

I have a machine that backs up to a local storage which then has a copy job that puts it onto a cloud storage. Now I want to add a 2nd machine that backs up to a new separate local storage on itself. If I copy that 2nd local storage to the same cloud storage, would that dedupe?
