Duplicacy cli version not updating

Just heads up that duplicacy latest version number is not being updated here: https://duplicacy.com/latest_cli_version

I noticed that my duplicacy cli in docker version continues to fail to get 3.2.3 update and is stuck at 3.1.0

I manually changed my number in my config and got update, but I am pretty sure it should be automatically done by referencing the website.

I just updated the latest CLI version to 3.2.3. latest_cli_version now returns:
