My Licence Number 04ab*156f was purchased on the 13th November 2017.
The Microsoft W10 Fall upgrade ran on my system om the 14th November 2017, after this had completed and the system rebooted the " Licence expired" notice came up and has blocked my Duplicacy.
Please could you advice how I can resolve this error problem.

If you delete the registry value HKCU/Software/Duplicacy/License (or under HKLM if you installed for all users), it should download a new working license from our license server.
I have deleted registry key HKCU/Software/Duplicacy/License. I can now open duplicacy but only in the trial version.
I have gone to the “Buy” Tab but it is asking me to re-purchase a licence.
Regedit HKCU/Software/Duplicacy/License does now have a new licence fulfilled but my execute file is still headed as a trial version that will expire in 29 days.
I have rebooted my system to see if this would change the status of my Duplicacy but it has not.
Please advise how I can regain a full licensed version back again.

You can right click the system tray icon and select About, and then click the Activate License button. Then you can enter your license code 04ab*156f to download the license.

Thank you for redacting my license code I was worried about that.
The licence 04ab…156f was my original activation code which has been re allocated. This will not activate.
My present license code in the registry starts with 7b2245… but how many digits does it need to create the activation license. In the registry the number is only partly visible as it has so many values.

04ab…156f is you license activation code. You just need to enter this code in the activation dialog. 7b2245… is the actual license content which is downloaded from our license server.
Sorry, that was my misunderstanding. Have now entered that code and is now licensed again. Many thanks for your help.
