I was surprised to see that duplicacy.json, doesn’t store the full configuration. Namely the filters are not stored. I found this quite unexpected and it would be nice if there was only one config file that I need to back up.
My concern with storing filters in duplicacy.json was that a long filter list would make that file too large and too cumbersome to view/edit. That is why they are now stored individually under .duplicacy-web/filters.

That’s a good point. Maybe keeping all the configs together in one directory would be a good solution.
