Duplicacy license

I purchased the first-year license for $20 and I’m up for annual renewal. The licensing advertises that after the first year, it is $5 for the first computer. The licensing payment disagrees:

What am I doing wrong here? I can’t provide the second screenshot because I’m a new forum user, but ref. Duplicacy for the pricing structure I reference…

IIRC you shall provide the existing unexpired license in the promotional code field.

Correct. It doesn’t seem to work with every license code, for some reason, but my first one always seems to work.
