ERROR SNAPSHOT_UPLOAD The file list contains an error

Hello, can anyone shed insight on this error. I did a search and did not find anything…my backups have been going fine for months and this error started recently. How can I fix this as it prevents the backup for this storage:

ERROR SNAPSHOT_UPLOAD The file list contains an error: the file XXXXXX starts at offset 0 of chunk 18557 with a length of 0

I’ve tried moving the file that gives the error but it will just show the error with a new file- please advise.

Which CLI version are you running?

You can add a -hash option to the backup job to get around this error. After a new backup is finished, run a prune job with -r n where n is the revision number of the problematic backup.
