File level restore from Backblaze

New to Duplicacy, so completely possible I have missed something. I have a local NAS and everything I am backing up is under /data. It’s roughly 13TB, and the dataset is also backed up to local backup server. My question is about my b2 offsite backup. If I want to do a file level restore from b2, I don’t see how in either the duplicacy web gui OR the cli. It appears that I have to restore the entire dataset, when what I really want is a file level restore.

What am I missing?

The Restore tab in the GUI or the restore command does exactly that.

With the CLI, you’ll first need to init an empty repository location matched to the desired ID if you’re not restoring to the original location.

You also cannot view the files until there is a successful backup. Once all the data chunks are uploaded the “snapshot” is created and it will reference all the data chunks. You can use the exclude function in your backup if you want to start with a smaller set of files to test it out. You won’t lose any previously uploaded chunks if you don’t run a prune. So if you go back to your 13TB later you’ll pick up where you left off.
