I’m not sure if im being an idiot, but how do I setup a backup to a local dir as well as a google drive folder, at different intervals, and how do i make backups automatic in the first place? Thanks.
are you using the CLI, the web-gui, or the soon (in relative terms) to be defunct native gui ?

Start by reading the guide for a little bit: Duplicacy User Guide (the big green button on the forum home page).
There are some guides there on how to setup 2 different storages for backing up.
As for making them automatic, it could be a little more difficult, but you should find details in the guide – in the scripting section (there’s one also made by me (on windows i use task scheduler and on linux i use systemd)).
