Include and Exclude Files and Folders Combine

i want to include and exclude Files and Folders in one Job.
But how to can do this?

For example.

-appdata/*
-docker/*
-Multimedia/*
-Altes NAS/*
+Multimedia/Multimedia/TV/
+Multimedia/Multimedia/TV/TV Name.avi
+Multimedia/Multimedia/Videos/*
