I’m having a sudden weird license error when I want to backup.
Logs show:
2021/01/14 15:07:29 Failed to request a license: activate
License activation confirms: This computer is running with a personal license that will expire on 2021-11-25.
By the way, hostnames match and license is active…
What can I do? Thanks
Can you PM me your public ip address?
This can usually be fixed by entering the license code in the activation dialog to activate the license again.
Hello I don’t have access to my computer now but since you are asking about the IP, I remember that I was connected to NordVPN at that time. Could it be a reason?
Also I tried to paste my license number again but it didn’t let me validate (probably because it was the same number…)
