The tiny link next to localhost on the backup page needs to be moved to a clear and separate option under Settings.

I struggled through this too. I’ve got no issue with coughing up, but I spent more time working out how to apply the license than I’m comfortable admitting.
The red error on backup would be a nice place to enter it, or even in settings.
