Restartet Mac - now Duplicacy window pops up and says
“The license code blahblah is associated with host XY.”
Nothing has changed. Resetted Duplicacy with terminal command.
Now can’t activate license because of
“Activation code has already been assigned to host XY. Please log in to your Duplicacy customer page to change the host.”
Used terminal “hostname” and changed hostname on customer page to what was displayed there. Didn’t work.
If hostname shows the host name is X.Y.Z, then you should just enter the first part X when changing the hostname on the customer page.
I’ve changed the host name of your license to the matching one. Please try to activate it again.
What did you change? I thought they were matching already according to the screenshot
You can find it out on the customer page. Windows limits the host name to 15 characters.
Does that match what you get when running hostname in the DOS prompt?
