License key not accepted: Failed to update the license file: unexpected end of JSON input

Hi. My license expired so I bought a new one. When entering it into the web localhost GUI and hit the “activate” button I get an error message saying “Failed to update the license file: unexpected end of JSON input”. I saw a suggestion on the forum to add Duplicacy through the Windows firewall, but it made no difference. I’m running version 3.2.3. Grateful for any suggestions.

What’s in the log? Check duplicacy_web.log

This looks there is something wrong with the license file (~/.duplicacy-web/licenses.json). Delete this file and you should be able to activate the license.

I deleted the file and that solved the problem. Thanks a bunch!
