I’m posting here as the “Create ticket” button is disabled on my customer page…
I’m trying to renew one of my license which expired 2 days ago, but it won’t take the renewal pricing when I enter the license key as code…
It does work for one of the unexpired license, so I’m assuming it’s because it checks the expiry date; perhaps it would be a good idea to add a grace period of a couple of weeks, for people like me who forget about their emails :-p
