I am using the web GUI and attempting to restore a VeraCrypt volume. I am getting a message stating, “Failed to set file permissions chmod/…. operation not permitted.” I would really appreciate any help with you could give me to resolve this situation.

Either your veracrypt volume is mounted and therefore cannot be modified — unmount it first.
Or the user you run Duplicacy restore under does not have privileges to set those specific permissions to those files.
saspus, thank you, thank you. It was the permissions. With the change, the file/volume restored perfectly. I really appreciate the help.
