They are not going to my spam folder either.
If I “test” the email settings I get the test email just fine, however when the schedules run I am not getting the emails on completion like I should.
Not sure where to go from here as the tests work.

Check the log file ~/.duplicacy-web/logs/duplicacy_web.log
for log messages indicating whether there were errors sending out emails.
If you’re connecting to your own email server you can check the server log.
