Option to ignore SSL cert errors when sending email

I’d like to send emails when jobs complete; but the server I would like to use is not publicly available, and the TLS certificate it uses does not have an alt entry for the vpn link (and that can’t be added for reasons).

Is there an option to tell Duplicati that it should ignore TLS certificate errors when sending mail?

Currently it is not possible. I’ll look at the code to see what I can do there.
