My license is good until September 2024 but this morning I got the following error message:
Invalid or expired license
Now I can’t backup any files.
What is up with that. I haven’t made any server changes
I’ve heard this can happen if there is a network glitch during license check. To recover you can click on the license ind input it again.
Are you using Duplicacy on Mac? The license system depends on hostname and is highly unreliable on Mac. Sometimes just a restart changes it to some sort of abbreviation and Duplicacy says: “Invalid or expired license”.
In this case, you can re-enter your license code and see what’s the “new hostname” Duplicacy detected, then login Log in required and change your hostname for the license.
