My personal license expired a few days ago. I didn’t receive a reminder email. When I try to renew the license using the expired license as a promo code, the promo code is flagged as invalid.
How can I renew my expired license please?

You can renew your license without any promo code at the regular price. The license code as promo code can only be used for buying/renewing additional licenses.
