I decided to purchase 5-year personal license, I did get receipt email from Stripe and also transaction message from my bank, but it shows payment failed on the page and after a while still didn’t get license, can you help? Thanks.
Sorry about this issue. I believe this was caused by Google App Engine killing the process after the payment went through but before the license code was created. I’ve manually create a lincese for you. You can see it after logging in to https://duplicacy/licenses
