Re-install of os/x ///. need to get license code to work again

I had to reinstall the OS on my computer and when I reinstalled Duplicacy it is not taking the license code… says to go to the user section on the website and re-assign the hostname… none of that works… created a ticket and no response yet… can anyone advise on this?

I don’t see your ticket. Can you PM me the license code that can’t be activated?
