Hi, I’m currently backing up to 2 storages using backup then copy practice as described here: Back up to multiple storages
However, the default storage is having problem so I can’t connect to it anymore. How do I rename the secondary storage to be the default one and rename default storage to something else?

The first one in .duplicacy/preferences is the default. You can rearrange the storages inside that file to make another one default.
So that means I only need to change value of “name” attribute inside .duplicacy/preferences? No change needed on remote (storage) side, is that correct?
Yes, correct. Remote knows nothing about local storage name.
