Why can I choose only one directory as the repository?
Why can I create only one backup?
This is the limitation of the current GUI version. The next major update will support multiple repositories.
Not sure about what you meant by ‘create only one backup’ though. Duplicacy is a versioned backup tool so it will create many backups of the repository, one per each run.
I think he meant:
I have a hard drive (A) and a hard drive (B). I can only back up the hard drive (A).
