Requesting a refund

I purchased two three-year licenses for Duplicacy. I am not satisfied with the state of the software nor the glacial pace at which it is updated, and I wish to request a refund. How do I go about doing that?

I guess this would be each to there own, but i feel this project is making steady pace and exceeding expectations and customer service also!.

I’m glad you’re satisfied, I am not. I have been using the software for over a year and while the backend works acceptably well, the web interface is STILL missing basic features and is a big step back from the older standalone application. Not to mention the months-long gaps between releases.

The refund has been processed on stripe.com. I understand your decision but keep in mind that I will be committed to the long term development of Duplicacy, and with help from such an active community Duplicacy will only get better over time. I hope you can come back from time to time to check out our progress.
