Hello,
I have purchased a 40$ Duplicacy Personal license on December 2, but soon thereafter I found the software too much of a hassle to use in light of finding an alternative that better suits my needs.
My decision to purchase before giving the software a trial run was ill-informed and since I very quickly uninstalled the software again and moved to a different solution, I am now formally requesting a refund for my original purchase.
