How can I restore a specific folder from Revision 1, for example? Do I have to enter a specific value in the “Options” field?
Navigate to the folder you want to restore (click on the folder icon to expand the folder content) and then click restore.

I agree, it is not very discoverable… many people stumble on it, including myself first time. It’s something that I hope will be addressed eventually.
Edit. There is another gotcha that you can’t navigate away from the restore window during restore, or it will be cancelled. Arguably quite an unexpected behavior from a web app.
