Retrieve Repository ID

Hi,

I used Duplicacy in 2016 (before v1.0 I believe) to make some backups. I haven’t used it since, just reactivated my license and wanted to continue with my backup set from 2016. I do have the password but I do not have a repository id. No one told me to save this (I am on a new OS). Where am I going from here?

OK, I figured it out. There is a folder in

path_to_backup/snapshots

The name of the folder is the repository id - at least in this case for me, maybe I got lucky :slight_smile:

That is by design. The repository is the name of the snapshot subfolder, so you don’t need to remember it.
