I am seeing this issue where the limited speed is not being reflected in the actual upload speed. Any thoughts on how I can get this right? It’s important for GDrive.

From my understanding, the ~20MB/s speed you’re getting includes de-duplicated chunks - i.e. it’s processing through ~20MB/s, and will probably vary wildly throughout the backup, not actually uploading at that speed.
You’re probably getting less than the 6000KB/s limit due to only using 1 thread (which you should probably increase).

Thanks. I am trying to limit to 6mb/s given GDrive’s 8.5MB/s daily limit. Good to know that the UI is just confusing. +1 to suggestion in other threads that the UI should be more clear.
