If I want to completely uninstall the synology package, it is sufficient to use “uninstall” from the package center? Will this remove all files or will there be logs, cache, left behind?

Uninstall should remove all files/directories. But if you change the default temporary directory or log directory in the Setting page then you’ll have to manually remove these directories.
