Throttle on the fly or on a schedule

It’d be great if one could adjust limit-rate on the fly, either manually or by a defined schedule (e.g. unlimited at 2100-0600, limit to xxx 0600-2100).

I guess it’s not possible currently… short of using something like tc which is a nightmare and a half?

Right, it is not possible now. This feature can be useful. I just don’t know how the option should be specified via the CLI.

Rclone has a timetable option for its --bwlimit flag - something like that could work.
