I had this issue…just installed it to try out today…but I installed an older version first, before I found page above.
Anyway fix:
Log in via SSH.
cd /volume1/@appstore/duplicacy/.duplicacy-web/
sudo rm licenses.json
Then stop Duplicacy.
Then run it again; it worked for me…
Hopefully saves someone some time down the road…
