WARN OPEN_FAILURE (The system cannot find the path specified)

I am getting a ton of the errors as described above.
Eg:
WARN OPEN_FAILURE Failed to open file for reading: open \?\C:\ProgramData.duplicacy-web\repositories\localhost\1.duplicacy\shadow\Users…\scoop\apps\vcxsrv\1.20.8.1\fonts\misc\4x6-ISO8859-10.pcf.gz: The system cannot find the path specified.

Also a lot of:
WARN SKIP_FILE File scoop/buckets/main/bucket/hjson.json cannot be opened

Some files back-up OK, but I can’t tell what’s different for those.

duplicacy is running as SYSTEM with:
Options: [-log backup -storage xxx -vss -stats]

Is one of the parent directories of that file a junction so Duplicacy was still accessing the original file, not a copy created by VSS?

For each file that cannot be opened there should be earlier log message that shows the actual error.
