Webdav with pCloud Help?

Hi,

I’m testing out Duplicacy and would like it to backup my files to pCloud. Using the Web-UI, when I select Webdav and put it my username and password, I’m able to see the contents of my drive and successfully select the folder which I want Duplicacy to backup to.

However, when I click continue, I get the following error:
Failed to check the storage at webdav://email_address@webdav.pcloud.com//backup_dir: exit status 101.

Any idea to what’s causing this and how to get around it? I could point Duplicacy to the mounted pCloud drive in my home folder instead (and that does seem to work), but not sure about the advantages/disadvantages of doing that.

So, I think I have fixed my own problem. It turns out the cause was the ‘+’ in my email address. For some reason that was causing the process to fail.
I changed my email address and removed the plus, and it seems to be working fine now.

Thank you for sharing the solution. This is actually a bug in the CLI that doesn’t handle the ‘+’ properly. I’ll fix it in the next release.
